How is this different from managed care?

Managed care keeps a defined configuration healthy — monitoring, tuning and change support. Residency is dedicated capacity to deliver new work and a roadmap, joining your planning and tooling. Many clients use managed care for steady-state and Residency when they have a backlog or a big initiative.

How many days per month, and what does it cost?

It scales with the days you commit. Our entry residency starts from $6,000/month for a part-time specialist of around one to two days a week. Near-full-time and full-time engagements are quoted custom — and still come in below the cost of an equivalent senior in-house hire (typically $13k–$18k/month). You can adjust the days around launches and peak seasons.

Can agencies use Residency for their clients?

Is there a minimum commitment?
