Managed Cloudflare Services

Managed Cloudflare services that keep someone accountable for your edge

Monthly care plans for business-critical websites and apps. An independent specialist owns your Cloudflare configuration — monitoring, tuning and adapting it as threats and traffic change, so protection never quietly drifts out of date.

Who this is for

  • Stores where blocked checkout costs revenue
  • SaaS & APIs under steady bot pressure
  • Teams with no in-house Cloudflare owner
  • Businesses that want predictable monthly cover

Problems we solve

Why a one-time Cloudflare setup is not enough

Cloudflare is not set-and-forget. These are the recurring issues a managed care plan exists to prevent.

Nobody owns Cloudflare

Settings drift, no one watches the dashboard, and risky changes go unnoticed. A care plan gives you one accountable specialist.

Threats and traffic keep changing

Attackers adapt, new bots appear and your store grows. A setup that was right last quarter quietly falls behind.

False positives block customers

Rules that were never revisited start blocking real shoppers, payment callbacks or APIs. We catch and fix these fast.

Peak events catch you unready

Drops, launches and Black Friday arrive without a tested plan. Ongoing care means readiness is already in place.

Slow, ad-hoc firefighting

Every issue becomes a scramble to find a freelancer who has to relearn your setup. A care plan keeps context warm.

Config rot after one-off projects

A great initial setup decays without maintenance. Recurring care protects the investment you already made.

Care plans

Choose a managed Cloudflare plan

Five plans scale with your traffic, risk and revenue. Pick a starting point — we right-size it in a short scoping call and move you up when a plan's upgrade trigger is met.

These plans suit e-commerce stores, SaaS products, APIs, marketplaces and publishers that want an accountable Cloudflare owner rather than ad-hoc firefighting. If you are not sure which fits, start with the plan closest to your traffic and Cloudflare tier — each card shows its ideal client and the signal that it is time to upgrade.

What we do each month

What a managed Cloudflare plan actually includes

Recurring, hands-on work — not a dashboard you have to watch yourself.

Configuration health check

We review your zones, DNS, SSL/TLS, cache rules and WAF posture every month and catch drift before it causes an outage or a blocked checkout.

WAF & rule tuning

Managed and custom rules are adjusted as your traffic, plugins and endpoints change — tightening protection while removing false positives that block real customers.

Bot & scraping review

We watch bot analytics, update challenge and Turnstile strategy, and adapt as scrapers, stuffers and AI crawlers change tactics against your site.

Rate-limiting & abuse control

Rate-limiting policies on login, checkout, search and APIs are kept current so spikes and abuse are absorbed at the edge, not at your origin.

Performance & cache hygiene

Cache rules stay safe around cart, account and checkout while we tune TTLs, TLS and routing for faster TTFB and healthier Core Web Vitals.

Reporting & recommendations

You get a clear monthly summary of events, changes made and what we recommend next — so you always know your Cloudflare is owned and improving.

Recurring value

Why a managed plan pays off

The threats and traffic hitting your site are not static. New bots appear, attackers adapt, your catalogue and plugins change, and peak events arrive on a schedule. A Cloudflare configuration that was correct last quarter quietly falls behind — and the cost of that drift usually shows up at the worst moment, during a sale or an attack.

A managed plan turns Cloudflare from a one-time project into an owned, maintained system. Instead of paying to relearn your setup every time something breaks, you keep one specialist with warm context who tunes rules continuously, catches false positives early and keeps you ready for the next peak. That is where the recurring value comes from: fewer surprises, faster fixes and a configuration that keeps improving.

What ongoing care protects

  • Protection that adapts as attackers change tactics
  • Fewer blocked customers from stale WAF rules
  • Peak-event readiness built in, not bolted on
  • Context kept warm — no costly relearning each incident
  • The initial setup investment protected over time

When you need this

Is a Cloudflare care plan right for you?

A managed plan makes sense when

  • Downtime or a blocked checkout costs you real revenue
  • You have no in-house Cloudflare owner or it falls between teams
  • Bots, scraping or spam keep coming back after each fix
  • You run regular drops, launches or seasonal peaks
  • You want predictable monthly cover instead of emergency rates
  • You already invested in a setup and want to protect it

A one-time project may be enough when

  • You need a single audit or clean initial configuration
  • Your traffic and threat profile are stable and low-risk
  • You have a capable in-house team to maintain Cloudflare
  • You only need help fixing one specific, contained issue

Not under attack right now but unstable? See emergency Cloudflare support for fast, one-off triage.

Scope

What is and isn’t included in a care plan

Clear boundaries from the start, so the engagement stays honest and predictable.

What is included

  • Monthly configuration health checks and drift control
  • Proactive WAF, bot and rate-limiting rule tuning
  • Cache, DNS, SSL/TLS and performance hygiene
  • Event review, change support and monthly reporting
  • Peak-traffic readiness and Turnstile / challenge strategy
  • A named specialist who knows your stack

What is not included

  • Guaranteed uptime (only as part of a signed SLA)
  • Application code development, bug fixes or patching
  • Server, hosting or database administration
  • Anti-fraud / chargeback platform and fraud guarantees
  • Backups, disaster recovery and PCI certification

When Cloudflare is not enough

A care plan keeps Cloudflare healthy, but Cloudflare is one strong layer at the edge. Even fully managed, it does not replace:

  • Secure development, code review and timely patching of your application and plugins.
  • Backups, disaster recovery and a tested restore process.
  • A dedicated anti-fraud, chargeback or payment-risk platform.
  • Hosting, database administration and origin server maintenance.
  • Full incident response and forensics for large or regulated enterprises.

What Cloudflare can and cannot do

Cloudflare reduces risk, blocks a large share of malicious traffic, hardens critical endpoints and improves performance. No edge platform can make a website completely or permanently secure, and Cloudflare does not, on its own, stop payment fraud or replace secure development, patching, backups, anti-fraud platforms or proper hosting. We configure Cloudflare as one strong layer in a complete security posture.

Frequently asked questions

What are managed Cloudflare services?
Managed Cloudflare services are a monthly care plan where an independent specialist takes ongoing ownership of your Cloudflare configuration — monitoring events, tuning WAF, bot, rate-limiting and cache rules, supporting changes and reporting — so your setup stays healthy as threats and traffic change, rather than drifting after a one-time project.
How is a care plan different from a one-time audit or setup?
An audit or setup is a fixed project that ends. A managed Cloudflare care plan is continuous: we keep tuning rules, respond to new bot and traffic patterns, support your changes and prevent configuration drift month after month. Many clients start with an audit or setup and then move to a monthly plan to protect that work.
Which managed Cloudflare plan should I choose?
Smaller stores, SaaS and content sites usually start with Care Basic. Growing businesses that need faster response and proactive tuning choose Care Pro — which we focus on your priorities, whether that is checkout and login protection, bot and scraping defence or API and peak-traffic readiness. Complex multi-domain, regulated or SLA-backed estates use Care Enterprise. Each plan lists an upgrade trigger so you know when to move up.
Do you guarantee uptime or that no attack will get through?
No honest provider can guarantee 100% uptime or that no attack will ever get through. Managed Cloudflare care reduces risk, blocks a large share of malicious traffic and keeps your defences current, but uptime guarantees are only offered as part of a signed SLA on our Enterprise plan. Cloudflare is one strong layer, not a replacement for secure development, patching, backups or hosting.
Can I cancel or change plans later?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or stop with reasonable notice as agreed in your engagement. We size your plan to your current traffic, Cloudflare plan and risk, and revisit it as your business changes.
Are you an official Cloudflare partner?
We are an independent consultancy specialising in Cloudflare and are not an official Cloudflare partner unless explicitly stated. This keeps our advice vendor-neutral and focused on what actually serves your business.

Is there an hour limit? How Care scope works

Care plans are continuous and proactive — we operate and tune your Cloudflare on your behalf, not ticket-by-ticket. Routine configuration changes and tuning are included under fair use; there is no hourly meter to watch. Net-new zones, migrations, large projects and any non-Cloudflare or application work are scoped and quoted separately. Response times shown are targets, not guarantees — exact SLA targets are set in your service agreement. Plans run on a simple monthly basis with a short minimum term and notice period confirmed in your agreement.
